Hear the spontaneous creation of a new song celebrating bats. . .
In nearly 25 years of performing, the Paul Winter Consort has gained international acclaim for their innovative and improvisational style, drawing from jazz, classical, sacred, and world musics. These traditional sounds are woven with songs of our endangered environment— the howling of wolves, the songs of whales, or the calling of birds— to form their distinctive “earth music.”
Special sponsors will be invited to join BCI for a post-concert reception with the Paul Winter Consort. For more information on how to become a sponsor, please call Andy Smith, BCI 512-327-9721.
