As BCI grows, so do its staff needs. We anticipate openings in the coming year, especially for biologists and educators dedicated to careers in conservation. Special abilities required include: exceptional writing, leadership, and organizational skills, dedication to excellence, creative ideas, and positive attitude. Knowledge of bats, experience in program development, and in diplomatic approaches to conservation helpful. Must have ambition to grow with job.
