BATS of the United States. 2000


The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, in cooperation with the Asheville Field Office of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), has published BATS of the United States. Written by Michael J. Harvey (Tennessee Technological University), J. Scott Altenbach (University of New Mexico), and Troy L. Best (Auburn University), the 64-page book introduces readers to bats and provides a brief introduction to U.S. species. The book is available free through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
