Estate Planning: A Gift for the Future

"Over the long haul of life on this planet, it is the ecologists, and not the bookkeepers of business, who are the ultimate accountants." — Stewart L. Udall

Your membership in BCI plays an important role in protecting bats. Additionally, many people are now finding ways to help beyond their own lifetime. Regardless of your age, or wealth, even a seemingly small planned gift, such as a bequest in your will, can help ensure that BCI will be prepared to meet future challenges and welcome new opportunities.

There are many ways to include BCI in your estate plans, including investment options that will generate income for you during your lifetime. Each option has its own tax benefits, but all provide for the long-term support of BCI's conservation, education and research missions.

When you include BCI in your plans, you become a member of the Legacy Circle, a special group of BCI members who receive periodic conseration updates, helpful financial
planning information and invitations to participate in extraordinary nature tours.

If you would like to learn more about including BCI in your estate plans, please contact BCI or your financial advisor. If you have already included BCI in your estate plans and are not yet a member of the Legacy Circle, please let us know so that we can add you to this distinguished group and express how much we appreciate your gift of a bright future for bats.
