The BCI "Highlights" report - a semi-annual summary of BCI’s accomplishments—has been moved to a new seasonal schedule. Previously, it appeared in the fall and spring issues of BATS, but it will now be published in winter and summer. The next report will appear in the winter 1999 issue.
