Progress in India

Dr. A. Gopalakrishna, Emeritus Scientist, Nagpur, India, recently became a Supporting Member of BCI and requested assistance. As a result, personal letters and educational materials on the importance of bat conservation were sent to eight governmental and private agencies. We look forward to assisting with specific problems there and encourage biologists, conservation organizations, and private individuals in other countries to communicate their needs.
