We highly recommend this book for children (especially for grades 5-8). Alice Hopf has provided an interesting, thorough and up-to-date introduction to the world of bats, based largely on information obtained from BCI. It is illustrated with 15 black and white photos by Dr. Tuttle and has a strong conservation emphasis.
